Tuition Payments for 2026-2027

Credit Card (PayPal) Payment:

WVCA offers the following payment options for tuition and fees:

 

Credit Card (PayPal)

When you pay with a credit card, it will be processed through our PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account for using this payment option. PayPal charges a 2.2% + $0.30 transaction fee, please include the additional fee in your payment.

All tuition and fees must be paid in full by the first day of school.

 

Check

Write a check payable to WVCA. You can either bring the check together with the signature page to our school or mail it together with the signature page to:

Tuition can be refunded according to the following schedule:

1. First two weeks of the school year: full refund
2. Between the 3^rd week: 25% refund
3. The 4^th week and after: no refund

There will be no refund for the Registration Fee.
