2024-2025 Tuition and Fee Schedule
Registration
Applicants will be able to complete the application forms online. After you complete the online application process, you will receive an email with a PDF attachment for your records. Additionally, you will receive a DocuSign enrollment agreement, shortly after. You must complete the eDign agreement, or bring a signed copy to our school or mail it to:

Tuition:
New Students Registration Fee $100 fee per student. Current tuition fees below, updated tuition fees for new and re-enrollment expected on July 1st.
- Parent & Me Class – $500
- Book K – Book 2 (3hrs/week) – $775
- Book 3 and above (3hrs/week) – $775
- Adult Beginner Chinese Class (3hrs/week) – $775
Tuition Discount
- There will be a $50 discount per family if there are two or more students from the same family.
- Early registration discount $50 per returning family (must submit Application Form and payment on or prior to 6/30/2023)
- Parent volunteers, who participate for a minimum of 3 hours during the year, will receive a $50 credit or check at the end of the school year.
Payment Due Date
All payments must be paid in full by the first day of school.
Refund Policy
- First two weeks of the school year: full refund
- Between the 3rd week: 25% refund
- The 4th week and after: no refund
There will be no refund for the Registration Fee.

Check:
Write a check payable to WVCA. You can either bring the check together with the signature page to our school or mail it together with the signature page to:

Credit Card
When you pay with a credit card, it will be processed through our PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account for using this payment option. PayPal charges a 2.2% + $0.30 transaction fee, so your credit card will be charged an additional 2.2% +$0.30 fee.
All tuition and fees must be paid in full by the first day of school.
Volunteering
WVCA kindly requests that all families participate in volunteer work, in the classrooms, fundraising, during special events, or Chinese New Year. This encourages family and student bonding within our Chinese community.
